2. Billing Terms

  • One-Time Sale Only: All purchases on consistent.live are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You pay only for the selected products (kitchenware, appliances, etc.), plus applicable shipping costs and taxes.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as consistent.live to clearly identify your purchase.
  • Payment Requirements: Full payment is required at checkout to process your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and popular digital payment methods. Failed or delayed payments may result in order cancellation.

3. Product & Order Terms

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate details (size, material, functionality) and images for all kitchen products, including cookware, utensils, food processors, and cooking appliances. Color variations may occur due to screen displays, and dimensions are approximate.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing favi@consistent.live. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have entered the fulfillment process.
  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items and issue full refunds. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information to ensure timely delivery of your kitchen products.
  • Review product specifications (e.g., cookware size, appliance power, compatibility) carefully before purchasing, as exchanges are subject to our 30-day Refund & Return Policy.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive the wrong item, damaged goods, or missing parts.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Consistent LLC’s total liability for any claims related to your purchase is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product(s) in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost use of appliances, spoiled food, inconvenience, or property damage, unless such damages result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from improper use, installation, or maintenance of kitchen appliances (e.g., misuse of pressure cookers, using non-stick pans with metal utensils).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products will be resolved in the state or federal courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
