Consistent LLC ships premium kitchenware and small kitchen appliances (cookware, utensils, food processors, blenders, rice cookers, induction cooktops, etc.) to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries upon request. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your kitchen essentials arrive safely and on time.

2. U.S. Continental Shipping (Timelines & Costs)

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may be extended during holidays or peak sales periods.
  • Tracking Notifications: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships. You can track your order via our Website’s “Order Tracking” page.

3. International Shipping

  • To inquire about international shipping, email favi@consistent.live with your full shipping address and desired products.
  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated based on location, package weight, and carrier rates (typically 7–14 business days for delivery).
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. We cannot estimate or cover these fees.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories without prior approval.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to oversized or heavy items (e.g., large electric pressure cookers, commercial-grade blenders). We will contact you to confirm fees before processing your order.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Delayed Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeline, contact us at favi@consistent.live with your order number for assistance.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked “lost” by the carrier (not delivered within 7 days of the estimated date), we will initiate a claim. Approved claims will result in a full refund or replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a return and issue a refund or replacement.

6. Address Changes

  • Contact us immediately at favi@consistent.live to request an address change. Changes are only possible if your order has not yet shipped. Once in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address.
